Capt. Chris Howard grew up fishing Galveston Bay and has spent his entire life in pursuit of Redfish, Speckled Trout, and Flounder up and down the Texas coast.  He has spent countless hours studying fishing patterns and nurturing his passion for fishing, both as an amateur and a professional angler.  His desire to share his enjoyment of Galveston fishing led to the founding of Bay Fishing Adventures Guide Service.

Capt. Chris is licensed by both the U S Coast Guard and the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department.  He is a supporter and longtime member of the Coastal Conservation Association (CCA) and the International Game Fish Association (IGFA).
